As the Operations Director, you will manage daily operations, including people and logistics management, lab oversight, project execution, and continuous pipeline growth. You'll work closely with our coordination team, develop strategic plans, and prepare for key meetings. Verification and validation testing of existing power electronics prototypes and management of laboratory operations. 0-5 years of experience in power electronics, renewable energy and battery systems is preferred.

Industrial and/or academic experience in the development and evaluation of battery managing systems (BMS), specifically in the development of state estimators such as state of charge and/or state of health, and/or in the development of AI battery models/ digital twins.

Industrial and/or academic experience developing and delivering power converter prototypes with exposure to innovation. 

Industrial and/or academic experience in the development of embedded systems applied to power electronics and IoT devices. 

Industrial and/or academic experience in the development and evaluation of battery materials, including anodes, cathodes, and electrolytes. Electrochemical characterization (e.g., cyclic voltammetry, AC impedance spectroscopy).

Industrial and/or academic experience developing and delivering power converter prototypes with exposure to innovation.
